What you want to achieve, where things stand, anything that matters to you.

For a local business, advertising on Google is less about being seen by many people than about being seen by the right ones: someone within twenty minutes of you, typing what you sell, ready to call. The campaigns I set up are narrow on purpose.

I do not report impressions and clicks to look busy. The monthly report answers three questions: how much was spent, how many calls and requests came in, and what we do differently next month.

Who it is for

  • Tradespeople, clinics, restaurants and shops whose customers search on Google at the moment they need you
  • Businesses that served a few ads in the past, saw no result and stopped
  • Owners who want to know what each euro of advertising brought back

What is included

  • Account audit if you already advertise, otherwise a clean account created in your name
  • Keyword research around your services and the places you serve, with a list of negative keywords to avoid wasted clicks
  • Ads limited to your radius and opening hours, with call extensions and location extensions
  • Conversion tracking for calls, form submissions and clicks on directions, set up before the first euro is spent
  • A landing page, or adjustments to your existing page, so the visitor finds exactly what the ad promised
  • A monthly report in plain language: spend, calls and requests received, what I changed and what I recommend

How it works

  1. 01

    Goal and budget

What a call or a request is worth to you, how much you can spend per day, and which areas and hours matter.

  2. 02

    Set-up and tracking

Account in your name, tracking first, then campaigns. Without measurement, there is nothing to improve.

  3. 03

    Launch small

Start with a modest budget on the searches most likely to convert, then widen once the data shows what works.

  4. 04

    Monthly review

Remove what wastes budget, push what brings requests, and report honestly, including what did not work.

Indicative timeline

Set-up in about 1 to 2 weeks. The first meaningful read of the results takes several weeks of data, so plan for at least two to three months before judging.

Questions

How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on how many people search for your service nearby and how much a customer is worth to you. The form asks for your daily budget and your average basket so we can start from a realistic figure. Ad spend goes to Google and is separate from my fees.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. I work through access you grant me and you can remove it whenever you want. Never send me a password: Google lets you invite someone with a limited role.

Can you guarantee a number of calls?

No, and I would be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on competition, season, your prices and your site. What I commit to is clean tracking and honest reporting.

Do I need a website?

A page that matches the ad helps a lot. If yours is slow or unclear on a phone, fixing it is often worth more than raising the budget, and I can do it.

Can ads only show in the towns I serve?

Yes. Campaigns can be limited to a radius around your address or to named towns and surrounding communes, and paused outside your opening hours.
